Job Summary:
The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading manufacturing operations and developing and implementing plans to improve existing operations. They will also be expected to promote a collaborative and inclusive management style and encourage departments to reduce downtime and improve overall production quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans to improve existing operations
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive management style to achieve team commitments
- Encourage departments to reduce downtime, decrease scrap, and improve overall production quality
- Regularly assess product specifications and costs, including labor and overhead
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 years of experience leading production operations
- Prior experience leading, coaching, and developing teams, with a focus on delivering performance metrics
