What are the responsibilities and job description for the Search Consultant position at CiresiMorek?
As a Search Consultant at CiresiMorek, you are responsible for executing the core strategy for each search. In using your knowledge of the client, the open position, and the overarching market trends, you will identify and engage the best candidates for the search mandate. Through cross functional collaboration with the Account Management team, you continue to define and refine the search approach and targets as the project timeline continues. In many cases, you are the first introduction for others to the CM brand and are responsible for embodying and conveying the CM values and mission.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Managers to create a search strategy and execution plan
- Research and understand the client, role, the market and industry trends to best formulate an ideal candidate profile
- Build LinkedIn projects and target lists of candidates
- Conduct initial candidate outreach to present opportunities and gauge candidate interest
- Create short list of qualified candidates to present to Account Managers for further vetting
- Lead ad-hoc database projects to drive the efficiency and overall functionality of the organization and system
- Identify and document soft leads to share with the Business Development team for further development
- Cross functional collaboration with BD and AM to support ad-hoc research
