Responsibilities
- Assist customers with banking inquiries and transactions, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Process debits and credits accurately while handling cash and maintaining cash management protocols.
- Identify opportunities for financial sales and upselling services to enhance customer relationships.
- Utilize financial software for loan origination and processing, ensuring compliance with fraud prevention measures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, leveraging multilingual skills when necessary to address diverse customer needs.

Pay: $25,236.07 - $54,534.00 per year
