Role & Responsibilities:
As a Lead Generation & Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
-Identifying and generating new business leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and other outreach methods.
-Engaging with potential clients, scheduling meetings, and pitching our web development & Shopify services.
-Developing strategies to increase inbound and outbound leads.
-Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
-Collaborating with marketing teams to refine lead generation campaigns.
-Tracking and managing leads using CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience: Minimum 1 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in tech/web development).
-Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
-Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
-Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of SEO, PPC, email outreach, and other marketing techniques is a plus.
-Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
