Cirkul is a rapidly growing beverage technology company that recently launched nationwide in 5,000 Walmart and Bed Bath & Beyond stores. We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Associate to join our team. This person will play a key role is growing Cirkul's retail business to hundreds of millions in annual revenue. Being detail-oriented, flexible, collaborative and having a "get it done" mindset are essential for the role.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with production and supply chain teams to ensure weekly store orders are shipped out on time and without errors to avoid chargebacks and other penalties.
- Manage relationship with retailers' operations teams, ensuring smooth weekly order and shipping flow and solving any issues as they come up.
- Develop expert-level understanding of all retailer rules/requirements to avoid shipping delays and chargebacks; execute claims processes.
- Report on completed shipments and accurately fill out retailer's shipping notices and invoice requirements.
- Develop and monitor reporting and dashboard tools to understand shipping performance and KPIs.
- Assist with implementing onboarding/setup process for future retailers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales operations, supply chain, or related roles in a high-growth environment; experience shipping to major retailers is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional Cirkul team members and retailers' operations teams
- Experience working with reports, systems and ERP to support decision making process
- Highly detail-oriented to prevent things from "falling through the cracks" while being able to remain calm during pressure situations and lead while "putting out fires."
- Extremely organized and a "whatever it takes" mentality to ensure product is shipped out on time and in full
