Hold your breath and dive into the action: you are about to live an extraordinary experience!   The Associate Company Manager will: -          In the event of an emergency/crisis, coordinate emergency planning and communication in conjunction with the General Stage Manager and Technical Manager or designate. Along with communication to Front of House Manager. -          Be responsible for general internal communications and updating communication platforms such as SharePoint, Workplace and in-theatre digital signage -          Maintain cast and crew onsite/program photos as well as the Who’s Who page. -          Integrate new artists, including, flight arrangements and housing. -          Complete new artist onboarding tasks such as scheduling first day, completing artist I-9, producing identification badges, social security and bank account assistance as needed. -          Serve as on-site Talent liaison fielding general employee inquiries and directing to the appropriate representative and forwarding verification of employment requests. -          Manage on-site functions of Employee Recognition Program: share updates, anniversary cards, organize distribution. -          Provide on-site support for Benefits: provide general assistance to employee inquiries, open enrollment communication, forwarding leave of absence information. -          Manage on-site IT needs by submitting: service requests, password resets, access to shared calendars, show distribution lists. -          Support Immigration as needed, including annual visa renewal communication and collecting information. -          Coordinate with Payroll regarding employee inquiries, final pay delivery when needed. -          Manage production office and kitchen purchases when necessary and handle petty cash. -          Perform administrative systems duties as assigned, including CONCUR, ARIBA, and WebCycle. -          Manage the ordering and distribution of corporate wear for technical employees. -          Coordinate Cirque specific customer service concerns brought forward by the Partner and coordinate with appropriate Cirque departments. -          Onsite COVID mitigation liaison. Responsible for arranging and organizing all onboarding testing, symptom and contact tracing testing, maintain inventory of testing supplies and equipment, assist the RSD COVID mitigation team with internal communication.   -          Manage well-being program: budget, events, birthdays and show-specific recognition programs as needed. -          In cooperation with other ACM’s within the Division, coordinate inter-company activities. -          Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Company Manager.   The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: -          Bachelor's degree in Theatre Administration, Production or related field; -          At least four years of previous experience in an entertainment office environment; -          Fluency in English, both spoken and written; French is an asset; -          Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; -          Verification of the right to work in the United States for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one’s identity and work authorization; -          Although not a pre-employment condition, this position requires you to be fully vaccinated, including the booster (if eligible).
