What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Cirque St. Armands Beachside?
We are looking to add a Server to our team. We are looking for servers that can provide a personalized yet professional service to our guests while helping add to the experience of the guests stay at Cirque St Armands
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
- Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s
- Has open availability
- Complete all opening side work and closing side work
- Delivers a memorable dining experience, while assisting with any guest issues that may occur during their seating
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods, shows ability to sell items based on guest preferences.
- Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance, and reporting to work in a timely manner
- Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous Serving Experience is required
- Previous fine dining experience is a plus
- Good communication skills both written and verbal is required
