Fulfillment Associate (Lead/Manager Track)

We are currently hiring multiple Management Trainees within our fulfillment services. Trainees will undergo comprehensive, hands-on training across various functions, starting with core operations such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and reverse logistics.

This role is ideal for you if you are a recent graduate, and/or looking to jump-start/advance your career in warehouse operations and management, e-Commerce fulfillment services or the Supply Chain industry in general.

Initial 3 months: Rotational training and development - familiarize with all aspects of fulfillment center/warehouse operations, and then independently handle related tasks. *Note: Compensation offered during training, however the salary range posted is for post-training. Training is equivalent to a 40 hour/week full time job.

Subsequently: Specialization, permanent placement into a role and department (based on business needs, your performance, and your preferences taken into consideration).

Goal of the program: advancement to the roles of Team Lead, Supervisor, and beyond. *Note: You will be working in a warehouse environment and even in a supervisory/managerial capacity, you will be performing hands-on responsibilities in and around the warehouse. We adopt a promote-from-within approach for all of our supervisory roles.

Other Information:

• The program is scheduled to begin in early February 2025, and you must be available to work full-time starting then.
• You will work at one of our locations in NJ or PA (we have multiple facilities).
• Position is 100% onsite.
• Bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese) is required due to the nature of the position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. .
• Visa sponsorship considered on a case by case basis.
