Job Summary

As a Hub Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a bustling hub, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service. Your leadership skills will be pivotal in managing a team and driving operational efficiency.

Duties

• Manage hub operations including inventory management, retail sales, and customer service
• Supervise and train hub staff on processes and procedures
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock
• Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a positive experience
• Implement strategies to enhance market presence and drive sales
• Oversee clerical tasks related to hub operations

Experience

• You should be bilingual (English and Mandarin)
• Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store management
• Strong leadership and team management skills, lead 10 or above drivers
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,732.00 - $90,000.00 per year
