CIRRO is a leading global cross-border infrastructure service provider offering E-Commerce logistics and fulfillment solutions. We are hiring multiple Management Trainees within our warehousing services.
The Management Trainee will receive comprehensive training in various aspects of warehouse management, starting with basic operations such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping and reverse logistics.
This role is ideal for you if you are a recent graduate, and/or looking to jump-start/advance your career in warehouse operations and management, e-Commerce fulfillment services or the Supply Chain industry in general.
Initial 3 months: Rotational training and development - understand all aspects of warehouse operations. *Note: Compensation offered during training, however salary range posted is for post-training.
Subsequently: Specialization, permanent placement into a role and department (based on business needs, your performance and your preference).
Goal of the program: progress to the roles of Team Lead, Supervisor, and beyond. *Note: You will be working in a warehouse environment and even in a supervisory/managerial capacity, you will be spending most part of the day on your feet, performing hands-on responsibilities in and around the warehouse; physical work is expected.
We adopt a promote-from-within approach for our warehouse supervisory roles.

- Bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese) is required due to the nature of the position
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- If needed, we provide H1B sponsorship after probation
