Warehouse Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading materials, managing inventory, and ensuring that all operations comply with safety regulations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
• Perform inventory control and management tasks to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and cranes in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Engage in picking and packing orders accurately to ensure timely shipment.
• Conduct materials handling activities, ensuring products are stored correctly to prevent damage.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Chinese/English)
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and communication.
