The Total Rewards Analyst – Compensation will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating talent. This role includes conducting market analysis, evaluating pay equity, and ensuring the organization's compensation practices are competitive and fair. The analyst will also focus on aligning compensation strategies with business objectives while maintaining market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis annually to support the development of compensation structures and pay ranges.
- Evaluate job descriptions to ensure appropriate classification and alignment with internal equity and external market competitiveness
- Analyze pay structures to ensure consistency and equity across the organization.
- Responsible to manage/administer accurate salary and career level data within the HRIS system.
- Assist in the design and administration of pay structures, grades, incentive and bonus programs.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus distributions.
- Analyze compensation trends and provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership.
- Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and wage laws.
- Collaborate with HR Business Services and Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on compensation-related issues.
- Maintain compensation data integrity within HRIS systems and generate reports as needed.
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to recommend adjustments to pay structures.
- Provide support for ad hoc compensation projects and initiatives.
- Oversight and administration of distribution of annual Total Rewards Statements.
- Assist Total Rewards Benefits Team with Open Enrollment as needed.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred or equivalent of combination education and experience.
- 5-7 years of compensation experience in compensation analysis.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge in compensation principles, practices and relevant labor laws.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and effective communication skills (written and verbal) including presenting reports and recommendations to leadership.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time.
- Experience with pricing tools and compensation survey participation preferred.
