Job Description
- Step in to manage day-to-day operations across various properties in our portfolio.
- Build relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members, ensuring satisfaction and success.
- Handle maintenance requests, leasing tasks, and financial oversight with professionalism and efficiency.
- Travel between properties, offering your expertise wherever it's needed.
- Assists with the total leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs of the community.
- Meets established company standards related to closing ratio on qualified walk-in traffic and phone to traffic ratio on qualified sales calls.
- Places advertising that has been approved by the Manager, online or in print, when directed by supervisor.
- Processes applications and conducts credit checks.
- Assists in managing all aspects of a building’s occupancy and maintenance.
- Communicates professionally with tenants regarding property-related issues.
- Collects and processes rent payments.
- Produces and distributes appropriate notices for non-payment of rent timely and within regulations.
- Conducts apartment inspections upon move out to complete the statement of deposit within the state set timelines.
- Walks property and ready units to ensure quality and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Reliable method of transportation. Valid Drivers License along with current insurance. - Required
- 2 years property management/leasing experience with 100 units - Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong customer service skills
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of anti-discrimination housing laws
- Demonstrated knowledge of legal issues which affect community operations, specifically all steps required in eviction process, abandonment, storage and Fair Housing.
Additional Information
Properties are located in the Brighton and Fort Collins area.
$21-$23 hourly (Mileage reimbursement)
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
