Job Summary:
The IT Project Manager will lead teams responsible for developing and delivering innovative IT solutions that support business objectives and customer needs. This role requires strong expertise in document management solutions with UiPath, contract management, and enterprise-level technology planning. The ideal candidate will provide technical and strategic guidance to teams, manage vendor relationships, oversee budgets, and drive high-quality project execution while aligning with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including supervisors, consultants, and IT professionals at the functional business level.
- Oversee all phases of IT infrastructure and application projects, including planning, acquisition, integration, testing, and installation.
- Define technology strategies and annual solution roadmaps in collaboration with business units.
- Evaluate business needs and recommend technology solutions based on architectural trends and data analysis.
- Develop and manage budgets related to IT products and services; align investments with strategic priorities.
- Oversee systems analysis, design, development, maintenance, and enhancement for mission-critical applications.
- Resolve technical issues and manage escalations; provide technical inputs for RFQs and customer requirements.
- Develop and execute resourcing strategies, allocate budget and staff, and ensure successful implementation and training.
- Create and track performance metrics to ensure service delivery meets organizational expectations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts, with a focus on document and contract management solutions.
- Coordinate software/hardware deployments and upgrades across the enterprise.
- Ensure compliance with IT architecture standards, policies, and methodologies.
- Promote effective communication and relationships between IT and business units.
- Lead departmental activities including hiring, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Design and deliver internal and external training for new and existing IT systems.
- Maintain a strong awareness of IT and business risks and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, including supervisory responsibilities and application or business support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in document management using UiPath and contract management processes.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams and technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business operations and ability to align IT with business strategy.
- Experience in multi-site support operations, budget planning, and vendor/contract negotiations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience across multiple organizations or business units.
- Strong exposure to emerging technologies and their impact on business operations.
