Position Summary:
Cirtec Medical is seeking a FP&A Analyst Intern for a 11-week summer program where they will make an impact by working closely with functional leaders to propose cost saving initiatives to executive leadership. In addition to cost saving initiatives, this Intern will receive experience in month end reporting by supporting Executive Leadership, Finance, and Accounting. You will get a diverse experience within a fast-growing business.
What you will learn and experience:
- Deep understanding of corporate financial consolidation software.
- Exposure to month-end responsibilities and financial reporting.
- Establish connections with multiple leaders at Cirtec Medical.
- Learning real world applications of financial management within the medical device industry.
- Develop and enhance on excel based financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Accounting and Finance to create new, and improve on existing month end reporting and budget/forecast workbooks
- Extracting data through various software systems and consolidate into actionable reporting.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand department spend and identify ways to reduce costs for the company.

Must Have:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years into a secondary education in the following majors: Finance, Economics, Accounting
- Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to achieve results working independently and within a team setting
- Able to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Salary Range: this position will pay $20/hour
