Position Summary:
As an HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with leadership and employees to
drive business objectives, promote a culture of excellence, and implement human resources strategies.
This role requires a blend of operational expertise, people management skills, and a deep understanding
of regulatory and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and align HR initiatives to
support operational and strategic objectives. - Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning to ensure long-term organizational success.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, mediating and resolving conflicts to
maintain a positive work environment. - Support performance management processes, including coaching managers on delivering
feedback and managing underperformance. - Actively recruit and collaborate with recruitment teams to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with company values and industry standards.
- Develop retention strategies, including career development opportunities, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments (e.g., FDA, ISO standards).
- Strong understanding of HR principles, including employment law, employee relations, learning and organizational development, and talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good to have:
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- 3 years as an HRBP preferred
- SHRM preferred
