Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair various alarm systems including security alarms and camera systems.
- Conduct system design assessments to tailor solutions for client requirements.
- Utilize remote access software for troubleshooting and diagnostics of alarm systems.
- Provide field service support to clients, ensuring timely response to service requests.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of alarm systems to ensure functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and repairs performed.
- Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in alarm technology.
