Project Superintendent

Job Summary
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to work for a self performing Contractor. The job requires the applicant to be Onsite in Rio Rico AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction phase with in-depth experience in Commercial Electrical and be able to Manage, Schedule and Perform all aspects of a commercial building project. This role requires good computer skills to produce working schedules, budgets, change orders and other required documents. Experience with Autocad is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, Schedule and Supervise all Commercial Construction Phases of a project.
• Plan Schedule and Supervise the Installation of Electrical SES, and Distribution Sections including undergrounds, conduit, wire pulls, and terminations to meet IEC Codes.
• Plan Schedule and Supervise the installation of Commercial Solar.
• Schedule and meet with County and Local Utility planners and inspectors.
• Plan Schedule and Supervise the required project equipment.
• Approve all job time and materials used on the project and coordinate all paperwork with the main office staff.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols within the construction industry.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
