You will join the Office of the CLO (OCLO) directly reporting to the VP and Chief of Staff. This small, but mighty, team is tasked with managing the day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives of Cisco's Chief Legal Officer and Cisco Legal's senior leadership team. You will partner with colleagues in Legal and numerous other functions across the company to have an immediate impact with your analytic rigor, business judgment, and ability to get things done.
Your Impact
As a Business Operations Manager, you will partner closely with the Chief of Staff and others in the OCLO. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations of Cisco Legal and lead key initiatives for the department. This role ensures strategic priorities are properly implemented, organizes, maintains and prepares documentation for the organization, and prepares meeting agendas for the Legal SLT in partnership with the Chief of Staff. Additionally, you will coordinate and implement special projects, providing comprehensive support and managing cross-functional stakeholders to drive business impact.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the Office of the CLO.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to operationalize and complete Cisco Legal's strategic plan with a keen focus on progress tracking for key actions and deliverables.
- Lead special projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic and organizational objectives, and prepare and present project updates and reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with various functions, across Cisco, to gather necessary information and resources for project execution.
- Partner with members of the Legal Communications and Programming Team to complete Cisco Legal-wide programs.
- Represent Cisco's Legal Programs both internally with employees and externally with partner organizations.
