Cisco Meraki is redefining video technology with our innovative Video Cloud Platform, combining cloud-managed simplicity with advanced AI / ML applications. We are excited to welcome a versatile and driven Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to our Product Management team to help define the future of cloud-based video intelligence in an engaging and impactful environment.
In this role, you will act as a critical liaison for technical expertise and strategic direction. As a key part of the MV Product Management Team, you will contribute to the design, testing, and successful launch of our Video Cloud Platform solutions. You'll also work directly with engineering teams, customers, sales engineers, and partners worldwide, ensuring smooth adoption and an exceptional user experience. TMEs are instrumental in translating customer feedback into actionable product enhancements and addressing technical challenges optimally.
Responsibilities
- Shape the Product Journey : Collaborate with engineering and product management to guide product design, testing, and launch while influencing the roadmap.
- Empower Success : Develop and deliver compelling technical resources for internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure they have the tools they need.
- Collaborate Globally : Partner with Meraki’s global teams, aligning on product goals and leveraging diverse insights to create world-class solutions.
- Customer Advocate : Lead beta and pilot programs, engage directly with customers, and ensure their needs drive product direction.
- Resolve Challenges : Prioritize and address customer-reported issues, working closely with engineering for efficient resolution.
- Market Engagement : Meet with customers and prospects, present the product vision, and identify emerging opportunities for innovation.
