Meet The Team :
We are seeking for a Customer Delivery Architect within Customer Experience Service Provider (CX SP) organization. You will support major web customers in the San Jose / Seattle area. This role involves technical work, providing leadership and direction for high-visibility issues, new product introductions, and proof of concept initiatives involving Cisco products such as, Cisco 8000, NCS and Nexus 9000.
Your Impact :
- Lead and be a consultant to customer and Cisco teams on high-visibility issues and new product initiatives.
- Provide support for SONiC, IOS-XR, NCS1K, IOS-XE, and Nexus 3000 & 9000 products.
- Work closely with operations managers, sales, code developers, network engineers, and high-touch engineers to resolve customer issues.
- Establish and be an extraordinary partner with customer network operations engineers and network owners.
- Understand customer technology roadmaps to develop customized solutions and position Cisco's value in solving customer business problems.
- Build and maintain long-term customer architecture and operations strategies.
- Advocate for current and new technologies relevant to customer architecture.
