What You'll Do
As a Senior Product Manager in the Security Cloud group, you will be responsible for bringing new and innovative SaaS platform capabilities to Ciscos customers and to our own product teams. You will deeply understand customer problems and the competitive landscape while focusing the team on the most appropriate segments and building a product roadmap to address the most relevant customer struggles. You will launch new features and capabilities, test their performance and experience, and iterate quickly.
Who You'll Work With
You will tackle business plans, ROI analysis, crafting product positioning, buyer and user personas, use cases, and requirements. You will work closely with software engineers to iterate on and build solutions to the customer problems you have identified. You will measure and monitor user experience to ensure products continuously deliver meaningful customer value and excellent user experience. Your role will put you at the nexus of business growth, revenue retention, new offer launch activities, and enablement. If this sounds like an exciting role, we look forward to speaking with you!
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- BA / BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 7 years of professional work experience in a product management related role
- 5 years of work experience with SaaS products, engineering practices, business metrics, and product metrics
