Your Impact
As a member of this team, you will build applications and test code using Golang, Java, and Python within a Kubernetes-deployed microservice architecture. You will engage in the complete design and development cycle of your features, including design, coding, testing, and automation. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will spearhead next-generation infrastructure solutions across various stakeholders. Your role requires a blend of technical expertise and soft skills, highlighting leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities crucial for achieving team success and project goals.

- Clearly communicate design decisions by maximising expert knowledge of the product, technology, and ROI to make strategic and informed choices.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers, offering guidance and support to promote their technical and professional development and nurture a culture of continuous learning.
- Interact optimally with customers and stakeholders to comprehend their requirements, converting these insights into practical product improvements, and nurturing collaborative relationships.
- Facilitate teamwork and influence priorities across departments, ensuring alignment in achieving scalable solutions and shared organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with over 12 years of experience, or a Master's degree with more than 8 years of experience.
- Experience with programming languages such as Go and Python
- Experience with micro-services Kubernetes, Containers, and Kafka
- Experience in integrating AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, analyze data, and enhance decision-making.
- Experience using AI tools to increase productivity, optimize workflows, and improve overall efficiency.
- Experience with Java
- Experience leading technical teams and projects.
- Experience in distributed computing and sophisticated multi-tier applications, applying analytical skills to craft scalable and reliable solutions while ensuring service availability.
