About the team :
The MX System Test (SD-WAN) QA team takes pride in ensuring the end-to-end system of the Meraki MX and vMX product line is ready to use. This team is responsible for qualifying security services such as malware detection, URL filtering, web security, IPS, and more. Quality is our highest priority.
About the Job :
Meraki is looking for a Software QA Technical Leader to support system test qualification of our SD-WAN product offerings. Your responsibilities include crafting and building testbeds, creating and performing integrated / application tests that resemble customer use cases for SD-WAN and Security solutions.
What You Will Be Doing :
- Deep Product Understanding : Master customer use cases / workflows for MX and vMX solutions.
- Collaborative Design : Engage in design discussions with product managers and developers, representing the QA team.
- Strategic Testing : Build test strategy documents for MX features, ensuring comprehensive coverage with QA and development teams.
- Automation & Innovation : Develop automation scripts for CI / CD, identify new testing tools, and enhance automation coverage.
- Leadership & Mentorship : Lead the MX System Test team, mentor early career engineers, and cultivate innovative thinking.
