Qualifications:
- Sales background preferred but not required, willing to train the right candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to provide and maintain the highest level of customer service, including but not limited to: relationship building, compassionate and detailed oriented problem solving, maintain an open dialogue with clients with continuing empathy to ongoing customer needs, and availability to provide a well rounded knowledgeable customer experience.
- Strong confident public speaking and presentation skills required.
- Ability to learn and confidently demonstrate knowledge of cable, internet, cell phone packages and home security services and products.
