Responsibilities of the Housekeeping: As a Housekeeping team member, you will perform various cleaning and departmental functions in assigned resident and non-resident areas, which include:
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as: vacuuming, clean bathrooms, kitchens and dusting of all surfaces
- Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor
- Perform waste removal
- Collect soiled linen
- Distribute linens
- Move and set up furniture
- Clean up spills
- Maintain equipment, furniture, and supplies to aid in cost control
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Dietary Manager:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years experience in housekeeping operations
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
