Compensation & Benefits :

Salary range during the first year : $20-$24 per hour (more if experienced / bilingual - Spanish Speaking)

Base Bonus and Commission

Primary Job Functions & Activities :

Achieve goals by reaching out to a specific number of individuals each week to initiate or advance life sales.

Ensure the Agency Relationship process is followed consistently with all clients.

Role and Responsibilities :

Client Requests : Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service via phone, email, and text, responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Personal Insurance Review : Serve as a trusted advisor by uncovering client needs, identifying gaps in coverage, and recommending solutions and discounts using a proven client relation process.

Upsell / Prospecting : Implement upselling strategies to encourage existing clients to expand coverage and engage in active prospecting to discover new business opportunities.

Agency Relationship Process : Ensure the Cisneros Agency Relationship Process is followed consistently.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to innovate, share knowledge, and support each other's growth.

Experience : 2 years in General Sales / Service (required)
