Personal Lines Customer Service & Sales Team
Personal Lines Sales / Producer
We are an established Farmers Insurance Agency. Our office is has been steadily growing over the past 25 years. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time & part time positions. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed new business production goals.
Prospect for new clients via phone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop and present insurance quotes, close sales, and maintain client relationships.
Process customer policy changes and claims with accuracy.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
Cross-sell additional financial products and services.
Keep client information up to date and document interactions in our system (e.g., eAgent).
Provide excellent customer service through relationship building and regular follow-up.
Maintain knowledge of underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
Requirement

Ability to build relationships and create opportunities from scratch.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and an eye for detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
No prior insurance experience? No problem! We offer on-the-job training to help you succeed.
A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but well train the right candidate.
Bonus Points : Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus.
Ability to pass Background Check for Farmers Insurance Access. No prior felonies, insurance license disciplinary action, or misdemeanors related to moral character.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
