This is a full-time role as a Regional Sales Manager at CIT Relay and Switch in Rogers, MN. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities within specific regions, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
You will engage with engineering and sourcing at key customers, manage multiple territories throughout the United States, and be required to be onsite when not traveling to territories.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales management, a strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
This role requires travel up to 40%, so candidates must be willing to travel extensively. You will also need to have a degree in Technical, Business, Marketing, or similar.
