Responsibilities of the Custodian entail:
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dealership
- Repair, replace, and refurbish any damaged or broken property
- Identify and eliminate any safety violations throughout the grounds
- Remove snow and weather-related hazards as necessary
- Dispose of waste
- Manage janitorial supplies for the dealership
The requirements for a Custodian:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- No experience required
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 100 pounds
