Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Transformation Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving organizational change and improvement initiatives across the Citadel. You will work closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and project teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, technology adoption, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather and analyze business data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Use tools such as Excel, Tableau or BI platforms to develop reports and dashboards to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transformation projects.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making.
Business Process Mapping:
- Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to understand how they contribute to organizational goals.
- Create process maps and flowcharts to visualize inefficiencies or bottlenecks in operations. (MIRO)
- Work with stakeholders to design improved processes that align with transformation goals.
Support Transformation Initiatives:
- Assist in the planning and execution of business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Help project teams by tracking progress, updating project documentation, and ensuring that milestones are met.
- Monitor the impact of transformation initiatives and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Change Impact Analysis:
- Assess the potential impact of proposed changes on different areas of the business, including operations, customer experience, and employee workflows.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify risks, dependencies, and resistance.
- Develop change management strategies to support the transition to new processes, technologies, or structures.
- Provide insights on how the organization can adopt or adapt best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance customer experience.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business units and transformation objectives.
- Work with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to implement transformation solutions.
- Engage with members to feedback and incorporate member-centric solutions into transformation plans.
- Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership and project teams.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes, systems, or organizational structures.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and ensure they are sustained over time.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvements, or related roles.
- Experience in industries such as finance, technology, healthcare, or consulting is often advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
