Opportunity :
We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to excel on our CRM Team!
The Technical Support Specialist will support all departments in day-to-day CRM user administrative support and maintaining overall business data integrity. Working closely with internal stakeholders in various departments, the Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining department dashboards and help with reporting.
Responsibilities :
CRM and User Administrative Support
- CRM User Setup and password resets
- Basic troubleshooting
- Dashboard Setup, Modification & Maintenance
- Report building & distribution, including both recurring & ad hoc requests
- Data Importing (Adding / Editing CRM data in bulk when required)
- Supporting daily user questions / requests. Troubleshooting issues, documenting and funneling tasks to CRM Development team as needed
Business Process Review, Training & Data Quality Audits
