Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Wildlife Control Technician to join our field team. This hands-on role involves inspecting properties, removing nuisance animals, performing exclusion work, and educating customers on long-term prevention strategies. If you enjoy working outdoors, problem-solving, and interacting with clients, we’d love to hear from you. Experience with 7A general pest management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect homes, attics, crawlspaces, and roofs to identify animal entry points
- Safely and humanely trap, remove, and relocate wildlife such as squirrels, raccoons, bats, birds, and skunks
- Install exclusion materials to prevent future infestations (e.g. sealing gaps, installing one-way doors, repairing soffits)
- Use ladders, hand tools, and safety equipment regularly
- Communicate findings and solutions to customers with professionalism
- Maintain accurate job documentation and daily logs
- Follow all local, state, and federal regulations regarding wildlife handling
- Uphold company safety and service standards
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in general pest control (7A certification), construction, roofing, or wildlife control is a plus (we are willing to train the right candidate)
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Must be dependable, organized, and customer-service focused
