Function
The Communications Director will lead the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the credit union's internal and external communications. This role will serve as the primary spokesperson and manage public relations efforts, working closely with leadership, employees, and other key stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
Key Responsibilities :
Internal Communication :
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Lead, create, and manage internal news updates, memos, and other communication materials including Citadel intranet.
- Develop, direct, and project manage virtual and in person employee townhalls and meetings.
- Facilitate Communication between departments and senior leadership.

Work Environment
