Job Overview
Primary responsibility is the administration of the telecommunications infrastructure and technology, including end user management, implementation of phones and mobile devices, troubleshooting of issues / errors for phones and mobile devices, telecom vendor management and telecom invoice processing. Secondary responsibility is assisting with management of and troubleshooting of issues relative to the infrastructure in general, configuration and maintenance of servers, software applications, Azure / O365, and patching.
Responsibilities
Telecom and Infrastructure Administration :
Telecom
- Working knowledge of telecommunications protocols
- Mobile Device Management - Configuring and deploying mobile devices to end users
- Experience in contact center software
- Experience in on-prem and hosted PBXs
- Provide the first level support and coordinate the resolution of the issues
- Tickets for Phones, Mobile Devices, Telecom Hardware / Software
- Telecom End user management (moves, adds, changes, deletions)
- Assist with the research for and preparation of annual budgets and process all invoices, ensuring accuracy, with all assigned vendors.
Infrastructure
Provide 1st level support for infrastructure tickets
