Role and Responsibilities
The Kitchen Administrator will be a key part of the daily production operations. This role will integrate into the kitchen team by assuming responsibility for the overall operations of the kitchen including, but not limited to, production and packing deadlines, kitchen inventory, store order fulfillment, sanitation standards, scheduling, and payroll.
- Daily check in with leadership regarding any priority production needs.
- Oversee weekly inventory organization and ordering to par level requirements.
- Pick items needed for production and remove from inventory systematically.
- Receiving orders, checking for accuracy and report shorts to grocery department.
- Place next day and same day orders by designated deadlines.
- Support daily dairy item expiration date checks and F.I.F.O rotation.
- Oversee the main freezer and cooler weekly cleans and periodic deep cleans.
- Complete plate entry for Inventory Control, Warehouse Director, and Reporting department.
- Assist with produce delivery and check for quality before placing in inventory.
- Maintain workstation up to company standards.
- Oversee daily timecard maintenance and weekly approvals.
- Intake staff call outs and lateness from employees and communicate to management.
- Report all discovered issues immediately to management.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with inventory control systems (Sage X3 is a plus)
- Basic warehouse machinery skills (i.e. forklift and power jacks certified)
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and DOA standards
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
