Responsibilities
- This is the entry level position for the Roustabout position.
- Performs all tasks as required by Supervisor.
- Perform daily mechanical checks of assigned equipment and facilities, as directed and guided by Operational needs.
- Learns the process of preparing, maintaining, and submitting maintenance reports and records on assigned equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks using established procedures and equipment.
- Perform minor to major equipment repairs depending upon training and ability.
- Operate production and injection equipment as needed and trained.
Qualifications
- High School education or G.E.D.
- Employment contingent upon being able to wear all types of breathing air equipment, pass a pulmonary function test and a fit test.
- Successful completion of industry schools as scheduled by Citation.
- Successful completion of safety and regulatory training as scheduled by Citation.
Physical Requirements
- Job duties require working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
- Climbing stairs 20ft in height while wearing breathing apparatus.
- Ability to move in and out of trenches during line repairs, carrying tools and wearing breathing air equipment.
- Lifting up to 50lbs, pushing and pulling required.
