The Contractor Sales Representative helps to grow CITCO Water sales and gross profit by aligning with CITCO sales strategy and vision. The Sales Representative develops and enhances relationships with our customers by providing leading solutions that help them achieve their goals.

Grows sales, gross profit, and customer base by selling CITCO’s products and servicesProvides strategic sales focus in assigned territories to create sales growthPromotes all CITCO market strategies effectively to customer baseDevelops and enhances relationships with our customers by providing leading solutions that achieve goals and exceed expectationsChecks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining new customers and accountsMonitors sales trends and performance resultsAttends trade shows and assists with planning of exhibitsParticipates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programsUtilizes tools and software for sales planning and focused opportunity tracking

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales or related field OR equivalent years of work experienceBasic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office programs, the ability to use technology including iPhone apps for business, SalesForce CRM platform experience a plus
Waterworks Industry and outside sales experience preferred
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment as well as market and territory focus on external interaction with sales teams and customers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. CITCO Water standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional evening and weekend work as job duties demand.
Travel
Frequent day travel is expected to service customers and to attend sales meetings, vendor trainings, trade shows, etc. Occasional overnight travel required.
