Job Summary
The Document Control Administrator at the LCMC is responsible for documentation in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Functions include receiving, organizing, sorting, and entering into the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), information related to capital and expense projects that result in the construction, repair, modification, testing, or inspection of refinery equipment. Personnel in this position must have the ability to coordinate and assist contract personnel supporting the Document Control Department.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum / Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma, degree preferred
- Three (3) - Five (5) years of document control experience
- Attention to detail to ensure work is accurate and complete
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, Adobe, and SAP
- Valid Driver’s License required
