Job Summary
As a Sr. Performance Management Analyst , your performance and contribution will achieve the following goals and objectives :
- Increase efficiency and profitability : You will work closely with senior leadership to increase the firm’s efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term planning
- Monitor and Track : You will use strong analytical skills with the ability to consume large amounts of information and translate to useful recommendations
- Management reporting : You will conduct fit-for-purpose analysis, overseeing design, preparation and review of ongoing and ad hoc management reports, this role will have significant coordination with the Supply and Trade Leadership team.
- Enhanced communication : You will serve as the liaison between front-office and back-office to facilitate proper planning and reporting. You will need the capability to cross business and functional boundaries to understand broader impacts of results
- Lead a team of analysts : Your leadership will help develop the analysts of the future, providing guidance, mentorship and training
Minimum Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, seeks big picture answers beyond immediate scope
Demonstrated ability to work in an extremely complex, dynamic and fast-paced team environment
Strong leadership and communication skills (written and verbal)
Relevant knowledge / experience with information tools
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in Power Platform Apps and RightAngle preferred
The minimum number of job related experience required is 6 years
Bachelor's Degree required.
