Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst for its Jersey City, New Jersey location.
Duties: Design and implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines for software releases. Create Bitbucket repositories for source code management in microservices environment and connect them to development pipelines. Deploy microservices in IBM OpenShift enterprise container services offered at Citi. Build Docker images and perform secret key management using Jenkins, TeamCity and Tekton. Manage deployment using Release Lifecycle Management (RLM), UDeploy and Harness tools. Design and implement applications monitoring systems to detect performance issues and errors through Kibana dashboards for microservices deployed on OpenShift container services. Maintain applications running on Azul Java Virtual Machine (JVM) using Azul ZVision and monitor server level performance using AppDynamics tools. Remediate software vulnerabilities and implement upgrades to operating system and vendor libraries. Manage daily work assignments and resolve any compliance issues. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Software Consultant, or related position involving CI/CD pipelines design and implementations for software releases in the financial services industry. 5 years of experience must include: Design and implementation of CI/CD development build pipelines for software releases for microservices and Spring Batch; Sonar and Checkmarx validation; Source code control management using Bitbutcket, Subversion, CM Synergy; Deployment in IBM OpenShift enterprise container services, Weblogic, Tomcat and WebSphere application servers, and Apache web servers; Jenkins, TeamCity, Tekton, RLM, UDeploy; J2EE, Spring, Hibernate; IBM Business Object tools; PL/SQL program using Oracle SQL and Toad; Applications monitoring systems design and implementation.
