The role of a Financial Services Representative at Citi involves working closely with customers to build strong relationships and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial needs. As a key member of the consumer sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, identifying opportunities to grow our clients' business, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of sales and service activities, including business credit requests and cross-selling relevant products and services.
- BUILD referral business opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the Member Get Member (MGM) Program.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the small business client base and deliver remarkable client experiences.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Tellers and other branch staff on products and special programs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in banking, retail, or sales.
- Prior knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies is preferred.
- NMLS registration and Safe Act compliance are required.
- Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
