Responsibilities:
- Support the transformation efforts across Loan Operations driven by the implementation of Loan IQ.
- Partner closely with senior Wholesale Loan Servicing Operations leads
- Partner with Product Management to create technical specifications from requirements
- Lead the allocation and management of work across a globally distributed technology team
- Lead the implementation of critical regulatory driven changes to the loan servicing platform
- Coordinate with senior leadership from partner technology organizations throughout the firm
- Drive the design and implementation of key operational control improvements to the platform
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field
- Experience with Loan IQ
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
