Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal / formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and / or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual..
Responsibilities :
- Daily monitoring of acquisitions performance for Direct Mail, E-mail, Telesales and Retail channels.
- Requires finding insight within the performance data leading to recommendations to adjust strategy.
- Works collaboratively with Analytics teams to formulate conclusions and recommendations to leadership.
- Assist with monthly acquisitions and marketing budget reconciliation against Plan targets.
- Present performance metrics to senior leadership and broader acquisitions teams via daily / weekly scrums meetings.
- Requires strong skillsets in Excel / Tableau, managing numerous spreadsheets, and attention to detail.
- Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
- In-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal / formal leadership role within teams.
- Involved in coaching and training of new staff / analysts.
- Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and / or facilitating services to others in area of specialization
- Risk & Control : Maker / Checker role on team to ensure campaigns are executed as planned to prevent errors prior to becoming customer facing; including and not limited to creative audits, approval to drop online application validation prior to each campaign, responses to MCA and internal audit on campaign execution / samples, etc. and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.
