The Global Operational Risk Management Officer will be responsible for the ongoing development, transformation, and maintenance of the Operational Risk Management framework. This role will involve interaction with stakeholders in businesses, functions, other control teams, and across global Operational Risk Management.
About the Role:
This role will lead the design and maintenance of the Operational Risk Management framework, focusing on integration with other components of Operational Risk Management frameworks and standards. The role will also involve leading the development of training and providing subject matter expertise to 1LOD, as well as 2LOD with regards to their roles and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and maintenance of Operational Risk Management framework
* Lead the development of training and provide subject matter expertise to 1LOD and 2LOD
* Engage and coordinate with specialists from other second line of defense functions in effective challenge of 1LOD execution of Operational Risk Management policy requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
* 10 Relevant years of experience Operational Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, or other control function
* Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels
* Ability to collaborate effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
