The KYC Operations Intermediate Associate Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for participating in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the development and management of a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi in Operational Impact Management (OIM).Responsibilities : Oversee Production Issues and partner with various groups to resolve the issue at handBe able to manage ~20 OIM's (issues) at a time and ensure timeliness goals are metCollaborate with Compliance Technology and PBWM Technology to research and triage incidents to push towards a resolutioPartner with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence process is carried out for customer accounts and documentation reviewsVerify and confirm banker ownership of KYC Records to ensure continuous flow of informationEnsure all information and documentation comply with local regulation and Citi standardsUpdate and review forms according to local regulation requirements and work with Compliance to expedite documentation reviews, providing clarification as neededFollow up with clients to ensure information is received by due datePerform KYC tasks, including monitoring and tracking of KYC records and Appendix readiness, assisting with the development and execution of action planning for expiring records, and ensuring records are not past dueMaintain and monitor the process of approving KYC Records and Appendix with all associated parties to ensure timeliness and accuracyParticipate and assist with the organization of weekly meetings and calls to discuss "Sustainability and Remediation" populationAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications : 2-5 years of relevant experienceEducation : Bachelor's degree / University degree or equivalent experienceJob Family Group : Operations - ServicesJob Family : Business KYCTime Type : Full timePrimary Location : Florence Kentucky United StatesPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range : $64,620.00 - $90,180.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
