Overview:
The Citi Treasury Investments organization plays a vital role in managing the firm's balance sheet exposure and needs. To achieve this objective, CTI manages several portfolios, including raising capital and liquidity through debt issuance, intercompany funding, securities purchases, and derivatives to hedge exposures. The organization is responsible for central liquidity and investment portfolio management, executing multiple hedge programs, providing USD and non-USD financing to other businesses and legal entities, as well as managing USD and non-USD interest rate risk.
The primary goal is to achieve Citigroup's desired net interest position by issuing benchmark debt, structured notes, credit card securitizations, and performing liability management for all capital securities issued through Citigroup and CBNA.
Citi Treasury Investments Buffalo aims to be a partner across all CTI business units with shared ownership and understanding, enabling an integrated team to function regardless of geography. Compensation and Benefits:
