Job Description
The Loan IQ Project Lead is a senior professional who plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and contributing to the company's overall business objectives. This individual stays abreast of industry developments and leverages their expertise to integrate subject matter knowledge within a defined area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Responsible for the day-to-day management of executing to milestones one or more projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting project goals.
- Team Leadership: Owns project goals and inspires a sense of shared purpose within the project team, working closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- User Acceptance Testing: Plans, coordinates, and executes User Acceptance Testing for the defined Loan IQ scope/deliverables, ensuring high-quality results.
- Risk Management: Proactively manages changes that impact project scope, identifies potential crises, and devises contingency plans when necessary.
- SME Role: Acts as a Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members, providing sophisticated analysis and interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years relevant experience in operations project management.
- Prior Loan IQ experience required.
- Prior industry experience and comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
- Fully knowledgeable on the day-to-day activities of a product or process.
