We are seeking a skilled Universal Banker to join our team at Citigroup Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service delivery to our internal and external customers.
- Execute all service transactions and sales referral routines to deepen client relationships.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the branch and remain flexible in position based on branch coverage needs.
- Continuously learn new and existing products through sales aids and demonstrate positive, can-do attitude and customer first culture.
- Provide assistance with self-service as needed and educate clients on self-service capabilities.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with face-to-face customer service, digital engagement, and basic sales/referrals.
- Open, client service orientation and desire to help customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and digital tools skills.
