The Acquisition Product Strategy Analyst Role:
We are seeking a strategic professional who closely follows the latest trends in their field and adapts them for application within their job and the business. This role requires excellent communication skills to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are necessary to guide, influence, and convince others, particularly colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. The individual will be accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business, necessitating a degree of responsibility over technical strategy.
Responsibilities:
Developing and articulating proprietary portfolio strategic objectives
Maximizing portfolio results, within the broader set of products, channels, and priorities for Citi Cards acquisitions
Lead articulation of go-to-market strategy and learning objectives
Provide acquisition subject matter expertise in product management and overall P&L discussions
Ensuring regular review of acquisition metrics
Providing product input and insights for creative development
Partner with Risk/Analytics to prioritize product and cross-channel initiatives
Monitor test performance and proactively recommend rollout
Monitor and track account volume, works with channel owners to explain variances and plan around changing behavior
Project management lead on approval process for acquisition programs including: management and negotiation of timelines, creating team alignment and providing strategic thought leadership
Qualifications:
10 years of experience
Deep understanding of the consumer cards business, financial services
Broad knowledge of P&Ls, analytics, marketing, risk, and operations
Strong knowledge of regulatory environment in this industry
Requires deep understanding of the business and how best to optimize the use of internal and external resources as well as cross-functional teams
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $144,480.00 - $216,720.00 per year. In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
